Breakfast, Workshop and Networking from 8:30am - 10:30am
With Ros Astaire
Passionate about helping people to lose unwanted weight in a healthy, realistic way, using a 'no diet' approach. A qualified weight management coach with nutrition, Ros has helped many people to reach their goal.
We all know that we need food to live. Our bodies need nourishment. When eating becomes a source of guilt, shame, or fear then our relationship with food has become unhealthy - or uncomfortable.
Ros set up WeightExpectations in 2009 because she felt there was a need to help people understand how to achieve lasting weight loss without the stress of dieting. We all know too well, the emotional ups and downs of trying to lose weight and how it can affect our eating.
Her experience lies partly in her own dieting history, combined with her work in the field of counselling, as well as her training in weight management and nutrition. Ros's main focus is on helping people concentrate on ’breaking free’ from the dieting cycle and improving the relationship with food which includes tailormade food plans that are realistic.
Since 2009 WeightExpectations has built up a worthy reputation and a proven record of success.
"Ros helped me to really understand why I ate certain foods at certain times and helped me get back in tune with what my body wanted. The pounds gradually melted away and I felt really good about myself again! I feel I have come away with a set of principles that will last me for life” Sue D [Chorleywood]

In this workshop, Ros will be showing us how to stop dieting and start to improve our relationship with eating.
